Welcome to Gibbs Cove
I’m Russell Gibbs, founder of Gibbs Cove General Store. I created this store to bring together good coffee, honest value, and the welcoming feeling of a place where people still know their neighbors.
Our coffees are carefully selected, roasted after you order, and shipped fresh—with instant coffees, teas, and K-Cups handled according to their own production process. Gibbs Cove is still growing, but the promise is simple: straightforward products, personal service, and no pretending to be something we’re not.
